Volunteer Work is so IMPORTANT to the ARTS... Seems I just can't say enoughabout the way I feel about volunteerism. Considering that most arts organizations are non-profit, they can use all the help they can get. My heart lies in the education of youth towards an appreciation for the arts. I have always felt it extremely important to expose youth to the beauty, benefits and expressive nature of the arts.There are so many ways you too can help. You don't have to be an artist but if you are, you should feel especially obligated to make time for "giving back". If the arts have enriched your life in any way, wouldn't you like to share that feeling with someone? You'd be surprised how contagious your appreciation for the arts can be!
